During the recent Opioid Summit at the White House, journalist Eric Bolling shared the story of his son who died from an accidental overdose of opioids while away at college. It’s heartbreaking. And it highlights the need for everyone to be on the look out for the signs: behavior, money, friends, etc. We need to be doing a better job of preventing the destruction of lives from the misuse of prescription drugs. And it begins with us. Personally. We must all step up.
